  • The purchase price was £165,000 in total.
  • The couple had a deposit of £8,250 (5%) towards the property.

  • The clients had a total of six unsatisfied defaults from 5 years ago.
  • Total unsatisfied defaults amounted to well over £7,000.

The Solution

  • We identified that we needed a lender that could accept adverse credit history which didn’t need the defaults to be satisfied whilst also accepting a small deposit.
  • The mortgage was approved with specialist lender.

  • The total term of the mortgage was 35 years.
  • The Decision was approved in principle in Principle in 1 day and the full mortgage offer was produced 17 days after the full application.
